CityRide Melbourne ("CityRide", "we", "us", "our") is a Melbourne-based taxi network operator. This Collection Statement applies whenever you make a booking with us by phone, on our website, in our app, or through one of our partner platforms.

To provide a safe and reliable taxi service we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• pickup and drop-off addresses, and approximate live location while a trip is active;
• booking history, fare details and payment method tokens;
• any accessibility requirements you tell us about (for example, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle); and
• device, browser and app diagnostic information.

We use this information to dispatch a cab to your pickup address, contact you about your booking, process payment, comply with transport regulations, investigate complaints and lost property, and improve our service.

We share trip details with the assigned driver and vehicle operator, with payment processors to charge your fare, and with regulators or law-enforcement bodies where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
